Hi everyone.
First time in this forum.

I was wandering if anyone could please help me.


I was looking to create a GUI for a MIDI controller.

I have seen some of the dashboards people have created, and wandered if there was a simple tutorial on MIDI interfacing? I am familiar with some programming (C) and MIDI, but am lost when it comes to assigning Channels, CC's or values in Synthmaker or how it all ties in together as this is fairly new to me.


I wish to create GUI that emulates a MIDI controller, which can then simply pass data through to any MIDI output. This way I can send automation to and from the MIDI controller, DAW or any other MIDI input/output.


If anyone has any information on this I would love to hear from you!
