Streaming Audio from Daw

Hi guys, I am facing a serious assessment, for work, about what to use for streaming audio from your DAW.
I ask council to the community because I know that there are many experienced people in the thing.

Scenario:
Using normal connections, for example, 5000 kbps downstream and 349 kbps upstream,
send and receive a stream of only two mono channels out (2IN <-> 2OUT).

purpose:
have little latency, and the least possible loss of quality.
