Well, the bible code is something that can be calculated and measured and compared to other texts using the same algorhithms. There are a lot (a lot lot more than statistical "zero" expectation) words, sentences, names, dates, correlated with each other and correct with actual history. There is some debate whether "bible code is real", but not balanced, and if you don't know the topic, then you don't know who to trust. Problem is with newagies and thick-head sceptics (or rather oponents?) who either go too far in conclusions (newagies) or just cheat in their argumentation (sceptics). Sure, all texts show some regularity appearance, but torah (hebrew original one) is right now the only one with such amount of these regularities and statistical signifficance. Seems rather be made "by purpose", but maybe it was made just by someone, who had rewired brain (like modern synesthesia people or savants) or greater level of self-coherence in their mind/consciousness.
