Any Help 4 building/finding such a Limiter?

If you set the compressor to a downwards compression with very short attack, a longer release and ratio all to the left you will get a limiter behaviour, although a 2-band limiter instead of a standard single band one. You could always pick it apart and make it single-band etc.
