Preset manager recopilation

Hi all,

This is my first post. I'm experimenting with SynthMaker to see what possibilities I have with this software

For first, My english is very bad, sorry.

I have met all the features I found in the forum and I Placed Them in a single preset manger.

Preset manager now includes built always, more copy and paste function and renaming presets.

Courtesy of the authors, of course. I do not remember the names now, but thanks to them.
