Hey,
I'm trying to set up a permanent forum on KVR where this stuff will be available.
In the mean time you can get some of the plugs from here->
http://rekkerd.org/nix-plugs/
Rekkerd is a cool resource for all things computer audio
Bell me if you want the latest versions.

edit-See latest post 4 links to my FX updates

I have now some plugs finished. The commercial versions need to be bought, but for trialing and non-commercial use they are free(and they are uncrippled) :)
Phonics shop->
Sorry link is dead,see above

Cool, btw my forum name is RunBeerRun2, I got a PM for RunBeerRun, was never able to use that name because the confirmation note couldn't go to a Hotmail address.
Here are plugins made by Superman and Catwoman--> http://runbeerrun.blogspot.com

I hope they're usable!
The Sync one was so hard :) to get working.
Here is the update, it had an error(hard to get it to playback)->

RunBeerRun2 !!

I never knew you made your plug-ins with Synthmaker. I assumed it was Synthedit. :S

Cheers!

RBR Uses all techniques...Speaking of that RBR!!! We need another dose...where is your next plug? Are you falling asleep at the wheel..:)

Sorry to hijack the thread Nix..But I have a question for you...Have you or anyone else tried scripting in SM?

What do you mean with "scripting"?

Tzarls!...Nice to see you...:)

Anyways, This is probably a really stupid example, but...here goes...
Say for example every time an 'A' note is hit, I want the volume to jump to 6.3, then when a 'b' note is hit I want it to jump to 5.4. Now I want to apply an external file to do that, something that the user can write themselves...

Maybe something like this.

script.txt

GENERAL SETTINGS
------------------------

on note "a":
6.3

on note "b":
5.4

You could then perform a search for string `on note "a":´, and take the value at the next position as the parameter value, and so on. Is this what you want?

Yeah I mean we are gonna want a sequential, or batch type thing for sure.
It would probably end up being closer to something like this..
Event|EventID|Command|Value
Where..
Event is something like "On Note", On Velocity, etc..
EventID is the parameter that causes the event to fire. So On note "A", or On Velocity "122" etc..
Command would be the action to take based on event and EventID.
Value is the value to be applied to command..So,
On Note|A|BEND|100
This would bend a note 100 "whatevers" when the "A" note was played..
I think its a really simple concept and quite doable. It does not have to be a full blown scripting language, we just simply want to allow the user the option to define some external parameters...
