parametric eq control question

Have a closer look at where the VST Preset for the EQ is feed back into the DragXY primitive.
That's the point where you can put in the output of your additional knobs.
Quite easy.

Thank you for your help. I think i found what you are talking about I put a couple of knobs in there to control freq and gain, but i can't seem to get the vaues to work. Should gain be set at min -15 to max 15 and freq min 20 to max 20000?

Connect a float primitive to the input of the Preset primitive and write down the max/min numbers when you change the EQ settings in the graph window.
These are a starting point for the max/min values of your knobs.

i have all my controls hooked up and i can adjust the parameters via knobs (like i wanted) but the only one that physically moves on the graph is gain. Frequency and Q change but not until the gain is adjusted. Am i Missing something? Obviosly I am...but can you direct me in the right direction one more time? I'm sorry if this is becoming redundant, but i just don't get it.

Most probably there's a 'Redraw' connection missing.
I don't know where exactly you've put in your knobs, but double check the paths of all 3 Preset modules compared to your 3 knobs.

My knobs are outside of the effect. I have put inputs in each preset module that connect to the float switch. And inputs on each primitive coming out to the effect module so I can keep my controls out of the graph area. Works with the gain only. I must have missed something.

I got it! I feel so stupid! All I had to do is connect the X output of the point primitive to the refresh limiter. Good lord! Thank you for all your help. Never would have figured it out without it. And thanks for letting me do all the legwork, helped me learn quite a bit about this awesome product!
