Nice to have feature for disconnecting modules

Postby hansdump on Mon Apr 06, 2009 12:51 pm

Hi all,

if you want to disconnect any module that has more than 1 connection, are you fed up with clicking every single wire away?

My nice to have advice for that: just "shaking" the cables away!

That sounds silly?

Do you know Apples App named "SHAKE"?? This is a node-based compositing tool with wiring modules like in synthmaker. http://library.creativecow.net/video-tu ... appleshake

There you can click one module, hold the mousebutton, and then make massively shakes with your mouse... the software recognizes that and disconnects all wires and the module is completely disconnected afterwards. Genius feature in my eyes.

And it would be a thing, that the others (Reaktor, Synthedit...blabla) don´t have.

Best,

Hans.

right click on the module and select 'remove links' or select the module and press shift+control+l

not as cool as the shake but works well.
- the future sounds better.
