No, but I'd like to!
Michael (the developer) posted to Steinberg's VST Plugins mailing list maybe a dozen times last year but has been quiet this year. He joined the MusicDSP mailing list in March this year, mentioning PhonoXone and also that he was interested in getting some DSP work.
I can PM you a couple of his direct email addresses if you like.
