Mouse Drag float outputs

Think I have it all sorted out now.

I'm sure no "set" from preset to the drag accumulate can make some problems. Try test it with automation and preset change.
Also, placing the Float Change after the step module is better if you use steps.
Hold default and drag, makes the knob skip.

Nice Tor.
A lot better design but theres a small bug.
Try using it with a Preset Manager.
Set the knob so something low save and go to next preset. Set it to something high save and go back to previous and start interacting with the knob.
I think you need to get the current value from the preset primitive into the Set input on the drag prim.

Is there any solution to this problem?

The mouse drag prims continue to registrate mouse movement after they reached min or max. So if the user drags up beyond max some distance with the mouse, he will have to drag the same distance down again before the knob value decrease and knob moves again if not mouse button released meanwhile.

All SM knobs behaves like this.

Should we consider this a bug or is it supposed to be this way?
If so why.......

Posted about this some time ago: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8983&p=63180#p63180. Now i set the Drag Accumulate's cursor input to "1=hide and hold" only, i think it's better.

The upside of it is that it works better when you have a graphical 'icon' that you drag around (e.g. a 'handle' on a graphical envelope) - the mouse pointer will stay glued to the handle even if you go outside its display area and then re-enter.
I'd still be in favour of a purely 'drag direction' accumulator as an alternative for knobs though.
