Bandlimited wavetables

Ok... so it may be a bit anticlimactic at this point but here's the file.

Right now it's set for 1024 point waves with 512 steps between the two morphed waveforms -- my machine won't allow me to go to 1024 between and I think 256 is probably enough for some purposes.

The file is only 92KB because it generates the array of arrays on an afterLoad trigger. So it will only take a second to download and quite a while to open.
